# Carjacking

# Example
A [[20 - 29 Offences/20 Meta/20.01 Offence Definitions/Motor Vehicle]] is stationary at an intersection. Lawrence runs over to the driver's side door and sees that Maria is inside the vehicle. Lawrence opens the door and drags Maria out of the car and onto the pavement. Maria is not injured, however Lawrence has used force to get her out of the vehicle. Lawrence then gets in the car and drives off.
